Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect and Project Coordinator position based in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and managing projects including commercial fit-outs, ensuring seamless integration with the built environment. Duties include developing architectural designs, overseeing project execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. The role also involves close coordination with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality, innovative spaces that align with the company's vision.

The role will be a blend of Management, Architectural designing, Execution and Procurement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a focus on both functionality and innovation
• Coordination with all project consultants on board – Design Architect, Liason Architect, RCC, MEP, IGBC, Landscape, Façade, Vastu, Legal Advocates etc - crosschecking plans in detail and giving feedback for improvements
• Experience in Project Management and Coordination, including the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Proficiency in Integration and familiarity with the collaboration of architectural elements within real estate projects
• Familiarity with Software Development tools relevant to architectural design and visualization
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Negotiating with vendors for procurement of material
• Relevant certifications or experience in sustainable and green building designs are a plus

Office Timings are 9.30am to 6pm Mondays to Saturdays. There might be some Sundays where site visits are being carried out which shall be informed with prior notice.
