Job Description

📍 Job Locations: Bhandup & Chembur


💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Jio Home Delivery (JHD) operations in JC area

• Supervise outbound sales channels for excellent customer service

• Recruit, train & deploy direct sales agents

• Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on a daily basis

• Ensure smooth JC-level configurations on JHD platform

• Manage GT & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for Home Delivery

• Ensure 100% territory manning coverage

• Monitor competition activities and suggest improvements for better customer experience


🎯 Skills Required:

• Experience in managing direct sales teams (8–10 members)

• Strong understanding of sales practices & market knowledge

• Team recruitment and people management skills

• Target-oriented with customer-focused approach


🎓 Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)


📌 Experience:

• Graduate: 4–8 Years

• MBA: 2–6 Years
