Job Role Summary:
The role involves making outbound calls to customers to promote and sell financial products such as debit cards, credit cards, savings accounts, and personal loans. The candidate is responsible for understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits clearly, and handling queries professionally. They must resolve purchase-related issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process. The role also includes addressing concerns, following up with customers, and escalating unresolved issues when necessary while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
