Roles & Responsibilities

Job Role: We are looking for a hardworking, sincere, and multi-tasking Cook Cum All-Rounder for our café who can efficiently handle kitchen operations as well as customer service responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare café food items as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
• Perform cutting, chopping, peeling, and preparation of vegetables and ingredients.
• Maintain proper food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of orders.
• Monitor stock usage and inform management about shortages.
• Café Operations

- Take customer orders politely and accurately.

- Serve food and beverages to customers.

- Clear tables after customer use.

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, kitchen area, wash area, and café premises.

• Assist in packing takeaway and online delivery orders.
• Support smooth day-to-day café operations and teamwork.
• General Responsibilities

- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior.

- Handle all café-related activities whenever required.

- Follow instructions given by management/supervisor.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout working hours.

Working HoursTwo shift options available:

• 10 Hours Duty
• 12 Hours Duty

(Closing process time is excluded from duty hours.)

• Monthly Leave: 2 leaves per month.
• Unused leaves will be encashable.
• Candidate Requirements

- Experience in café, fast food, or restaurant operations preferred.

- Basic cooking knowledge required.

- Positive attitude and willingness to work in all areas of café operations.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
