Position Title: Embroidery Digitiser

Location: Bhiwandi (Kalyan Phata)

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Embroidery Digitiser to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating embroidery machines and a basic understanding of embroidery file making/digitizing. Attention to detail, quality control, and ability to meet deadlines are key requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:· Operate and monitor embroidery machines (single & multi-head).

· Set up machines with correct threads, needles, hoops, and backing materials.

· Load embroidery files and ensure correct placement on garments/products.

· Conduct test runs to check design accuracy before bulk production.

· Inspect finished products for quality, thread breakage, alignment, and finishing.

· Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, needle changes).

· Troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime.

· Coordinate with the design team for file adjustments when required.

· Maintain daily production records and report to the supervisor.

· Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:· Experience in embroidery file making / digitizing software.

· Understanding of stitch types, density, and fabric compatibility.

· Knowledge of different threads, backing materials, colours, needles, and stabilizers.

· Ability to read and interpret design mock-ups.

Qualifications:· Minimum 6-8 experience in embroidery machine operation.

· High school/diploma/ITI in textiles, fashion, or related field preferred.

· Knowledge of embroidery software (added advantage).

Soft Skills:· Strong attention to detail and quality.

· Ability to work under deadlines.

· Team player with good communication.

· Problem-solving attitude.
