Graphic Designer (2–4 Years Experience) – Happa Foods

About Happa- Happa Foods is a fast-growing children's food brand on a mission to make clean, honest and joyful food for babies and kids. We're looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can help shape our brand across digital, packaging and retail.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns and advertisements.
• Create branding assets for Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other e-commerce platforms.
• Design website banners, landing pages and email marketing creatives.
• Develop product packaging, labels and marketing collaterals.
• Ensure consistency across all brand communication.
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
• Create presentations, brochures and print materials as required.
• Stay updated with design trends and continuously improve Happa's visual identity.
• Skills Required2–4 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in FMCG, D2C or consumer brands.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and layout.
• Experience designing for digital, social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of Canva and basic motion graphics is an advantage.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram or similar.
