Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement, and site inventory.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Verify measurements, bills, and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and site execution.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage vendors, contractors, and site activities.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Excel & MS Office (preferred).
