Job Description
Job Title: Video KYC Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct Video KYC verification for customers as per company guidelines.
Verify customer documents and identity during video calls.
Ensure compliance with RBI and company KYC policies.
Maintain accurate records of verification and customer details.
Handle customer queries professionally during the verification process.
Escalate suspicious or incomplete cases to the concerned team.
Achieve daily productivity and quality target
