Job Description-

Food Preparation:

Properly prepping and portioning meats, seafood, and vegetables for grilling according to recipes.

Seasoning and marinating ingredients as needed.

Set up and operate fryers at180c.

Ensure fryers are functioning correctly and safely.

Monitor food temperatures and cooking times.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.

Set up and break down work station.

Assist with prep work.
