Operation Executive

Main Responsibilities of PPIC Executive / PPIC Officer(Production Planning & Inventory Control)

• Preparing production plans based on sales orders, forecasts, and dispatch schedules.
• Coordinating with production, purchase, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth execution of plans.
• Monitoring daily production status and ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Planning raw material, packaging material, and component requirements based on production needs.
• Tracking inventory levels and coordinating timely procurement to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Preparing and maintaining production planning reports, MIS, and inventory records.
• Coordinating with QA/QC and production teams to ensure material availability and batch readiness.
• Monitoring WIP (Work-in-Progress), finished goods, and material movement.
• Ensuring optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and production capacity.
• Coordinating production priorities based on urgency, customer commitments, and management instructions.
• Tracking order completion timelines and highlighting delays or bottlenecks to management.
• Maintaining BOMs, production data, and material consumption records.
• Coordinating with dispatch/logistics team for timely delivery planning.
• Assisting in reducing production downtime, material wastage, and inventory holding costs.
• Supporting monthly stock verification and reconciliation activities.
• Maintaining proper documentation and compliance related to production planning and inventory control.
