Project Coordinator

🗂 Project Coordination & Documentation

- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables with site engineers and supervisors. - Maintain all project-related documentation including drawings, BOQs, work orders, and RFIs. - Assist in managing work progress reports, vendor/client communications, and project records.

Billing & MIS Support

- Prepare and update measurement sheets, work progress reports, Prepare RA and invoices for vendors and clients. - Compile supporting documents for billing and verification with the accounts and site team. - Track material deliveries and consumption logs for project control.

Communication & Vendor Coordination

- Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients for smooth workflow. - Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on project action points. - Coordinate with the Purchase team for timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Project Monitoring & Site Coordination (as needed)

- Visit sites occasionally to gather data or support project tracking (only if required). - Verify on-site work progress and help in cross-checking quality/quantities.
