Electrical Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Preparing electrical schematic diagrams and conducting simulations using software tools
• Designing electrical circuits based on customer requirements and determining ratings of individual components
• Generating technical specifications of electrical components. Preparing wiring diagrams. Generate test and inspection protocols for Quality and Production teams.
• Conducting tests to ensure the systems and components meet the required standards
• Co-ordinating with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems during testing, commissioning and maintenance of machinery.
• Documenting testing activities and specifications of electrical components and systems. Drafting Manuals.
• Training technicians and junior engineers.
• Staying updated about new technologies, industry standards and regulations

Preferred candidate profile

Basic Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelors (or above) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, CGPA>6.5
• Minimum 0- 3 years experience in Electrical Circuit Design/Testing, preferably, in Power Electronics field.
• Acquainted with circuit simulation using software applications like MATLAB, PSpice etc.
• Hands on experience in circuit assembly, testing and debugging.

Skills

• Knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and practices
• Ability to draft and design circuit and schematics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to design and test electrical systems
• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies
