JOB Title: Sales Assistant / Quotation Executive

Location: Mumbai CHEMICALS DEALING AND IMPORTING

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to handle customer quotations, communication, and basic sales coordination. This role requires strong English communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to manage client interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send customer quotations accurately and on time
• Draft professional emails and letters for client communication
• Follow up with customers on pending inquiries and quotations
• Maintain records of quotations, orders, and customer interactions
• Assist in invoice preparation and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
• Support basic sales activities and customer relationship management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good command of written and spoken English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Gmail
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Prior experience in sales support, back office, or quotation handling
• Knowledge of invoice preparation and documentation
