Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate
Location: [Navi Mumbai / Panvel]
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and assisting customers with property-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects
- Explain property details, pricing, and offers to clients
- Generate and qualify leads for site visits
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and closures
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English (additional languages are a plus)
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Ability to convince and engage customers over the phone
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools preferred)
