This is a concise Job Description for a Telecaller (Collection Process), focused on Tata Teleservices B2B colllection
Job Title: Tele-Collection Executive Role Objective To manage a portfolio of B2B collection wiith timely invoice submission and collecting payment
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make calls to customers with pending payments
Follow-up: Track and follow up on promised payment dates to ensure the recovery process is completed.
Documentation: Update the CRM/system daily with accurate notes on customer interactions and payment commitments.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly collection and recovery targets.
Conflict Resolution: Handle customer objections or disputes professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Requirements & Skills
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, collections, or customer service.
Communication: English Hindi & Marathi
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Aptitude: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
