Must-have:
- 0–3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication welcome)
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus)
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Target-driven mindset with hunger to earn through incentives
- Basic computer proficiency — CRM, Excel, Google Workspace
- Graduate in any discipline
Good-to-have:
- Prior experience selling SaaS / CRM / B2B software to SMBs
- Worked at companies like BYJU'S, Unacademy, IndiaMART, Justdial, NoBroker, PolicyBazaar, Lendingkart, or similar
- Understanding of small business pain points (billing, lead management, customer follow-ups)
