Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls on abandoned leads for order booking and receive inbound calls to assist customers.
- Provide clear and accurate information about company products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain updated customer records and call details.
- Follow up with customers for service updates or support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support administrative and coordination tasks related to customer communication.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional languages.
- Polite and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM systems).
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage customer conversations effectively.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
