Job Description

Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with customers, and support business growth by generating leads and maintaining strong customer relationships.


  • Key Responsibilities: Make Inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads.
  • Handle Inbound & Outbound calls and address customer queries effectively.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required.
