Job Description
Need an Factory Manager , with knowledge of Tally, basic accounting, English email writing, excel and experience of 1 years , minimum at chembur for permanent job with 2 wheeler preferable.
We are looking for a dedicated and versatile professional to join our team in Chembur. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between office accounts and factory operations, ensuring that financial records are accurate while overseeing daily factory management tasks.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting: Maintain daily books of accounts using Tally. Handle basic accounting tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and voucher entries.
- Factory Management: Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination between departments.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage reports using MS Excel.
- Communication: Manage professional correspondence and business inquiries via English email writing.
- Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for local vendors and staff regarding administrative and financial matters.
- Requirements & QualificationsExperience: At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or supervisory role.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is mandatory.
- Language: Strong command of written English for professional emailing.
- Education: Graduate (B.Com or similar preferred).
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Chembur.
- Transport: Possession of a 2-wheeler is highly preferred for local coordination and ease of commute.
