Role – Accounts Receivable Executive

Job Location – Mumbai

YOE  - 2-4 years experience in Accounts receivable function

Skills - Experience in spreadsheets; Ability to automate repetitive tasks

Responsibilities:

• Review customer contracts for respective segment deals and create customer contracts in ERP.

• Maintain contract rates for T&M projects, various revenue and billing schedules in ERP .

• Handle invoicing / billing for various T&M, monthly fixed billing and Fixed price milestone based contracts.

• Keep a track of unbilled revenues and work closely with Segment Delivery teams, PMO and Business Finance SPOCs for invoicing.

• Review invoices for accuracy in terms of contract terms, taxation etc. and ensure correct cash application for collections.

• Keep a track of accounts receivable and follow up with the customers and project teams to ensure on time collections.

• Prepare various AR / UR ageing and DSO reports, short term collection forecast etc.

• Maintain customer master in ERP.

• Support in statutory audits, due diligences, internal audits, RFP process etc.
