JOB PURPOSE

• To perform detailed analysis and provide key support to the AI Architect specifically focusing on data analysis, create requirements, analyze requirements
• Translate business problems into AI/ML solutions
• Conduct exploratory analysis of data, identify patterns, anomalies
• Work closely with Data Engineering, IT, and Digital teams to analyze data requirements, document use cases, and ensure AI-driven solutions meet business objectives relating to customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth
• Document model development processes, methodologies

KEY RESULT AREAS / ACCOUNTABILITIES

AI Strategy Analysis & Governance Support

• Analyse and document data pipelines, governance standards, data quality controls, and compliance requirements for AI/ML reference architectures and frameworks.
• Conduct thorough analysis of enterprise-wide use cases, prioritizing opportunities based on quantitative value assessment, feasibility studies, and strategic alignment.
• Monitor and report on compliance metrics related to responsible AI practices, model monitoring protocols, and regulatory policies.

 

Solution & Architecture Analysis

• Align and match requirements to solution elements
• Perform detailed analysis of AI solution designs, focusing on data ingestion requirements, feature engineering validity, model training metrics, deployment processes (MLOps), and ongoing monitoring performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical specifications and data requirements documentation for data science and engineering teams.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of solution proposals from partners and internal teams, highlighting adherence or deviations from enterprise architecture standards.

 

PoCs, Pilots & Scaling Analysis

• Assist in the analysis of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) results, validating technology and algorithmic feasibility through data metrics and performance benchmarks.
• Evaluate and report on the performance, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and risks of AI models in pilot and production environments.
• Document operational procedures and standards required to industrialize successful pilots into scalable enterprise-grade solutions.

 

Technology Awareness & Reporting

• Assist in conducting market research and provide analytical reports on industry trends in Generative AI, LLMs, MLOps, Cognitive Automation, NLP, Computer Vision etc.
• Prepare documentation and analysis reports to support internal strategic discussions and external technology forums.

CORE COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• 7 to 10 years overall experience in Technology / Software / Data Engineering roles with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in AI / ML solution analysis, data analysis, and requirement documentation.
• Strong analytical skills in data pipelines, ML models, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
• Strong practical understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle governance, and AI performance optimization metrics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities and ability to translate business problems into data-driven AI use cases.
• Experience in financial modelling and business case analysis to compute business value and ROI.

TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / Electronics / IT (Tier 1 preferred) or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit), SQL/NoSQL data stores, and Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Good understanding of Data lake / Lakehouse architectures, CI/CD, Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working with AI/ML platforms (Databricks, Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure ML etc.) is preferred.
