Platform administration platform daytoday operations and maintenance
Solution or agent minor enhancement ensuring that platformlevel governance security and support expectations are adhered
Access and identity management provide privileged platform access groupbased provisioning administrative roles onboarding and offboarding processes and periodic access governance reviews
Production rollout and change control this includes production publication activities such as enabling connectors activating approved configurations or publishing agents to live users
Support and incident response initial ticket intake triage severity classification incident coordination and vendor escalation for platformrelated issues through the designated AI platform support queue
Monitoring and ing operational monitoring dashboards ing connector visibility and supportfacing service health controls
Vendor coordination and licensing licensing coordination renewals support channels and visibility into platform capacity or usage constraints
Governance and compliance oversight platform governance operational oversight lifecycle stewardship audit readiness and steadystate support accountability
User onboarding and offboarding
