Business Analyst – Strategy & Operations
Location

Reporting To
Senior Director, Strategy and Operations
The Business Analyst will support the delivery of strategic priorities across markets by combining data-driven insights with structured problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation
• Analyze research and market specific data across key metrics (leasing, revenue, broker productivity, client penetration)
• Develop country-level and regional diagnostics to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
• Support development of micro-strategies by market and sector
• Translate complex data into clear, leadership-ready insights and recommendations
2. Tracking & Governance
• Build and maintain performance dashboards across markets
• Track progress against strategic priorities and flag risks early
• Support regional/global/local business reviews and leadership reporting
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across regions
4. Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Work closely with market leaders, finance, HR, and sales teams
• Prepare high-quality materials for senior leadership (ExCo, regional reviews, strategy sessions)
• Drive alignment across stakeholders by providing fact-based, structured perspectives
Candidate Profile
Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or commercial roles
• Experience in real estate, financial services, or professional services is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred) , AI literacy preferred
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and derive insights
• Strong communication skills with experience in executive-level presentations
