What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Design, implement, develop & manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A CRM platform that allows to create and manage marketing relationships and campaigns with customers. It is an integrated solutions for customer journey management, email, mobile, social, web personalization, advertising, content creation and mgmt and data analysis. Custom scripting languages used to personalize landing pages, create applications, construct cross-channel templates or layouts.
What are we looking for? Experience Required • Experience in a CRM or data and platform management role • Working experience in executing and supporting consumer database management and consumer audience segmentation, setting audience rules for marketing automated workflows. • Experience in troubleshooting data-related issues in the CRM platforms, testing and orchestrating data integrations from various external data sources & e-commerce • Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or digital marketing industries is a plus. • Working understanding of CRM platforms & their role in consumer communication. Exposure to Hubspot Marketing Automation and/or Salesforce MC preferred. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. • 4+ years of experience in a CRM, data management, or marketing-related role. Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required • University degree. Preferably, a major in Marketing or digital agency background •Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage, clean and interpret customer data. • Good communicator in English, both verbal and written. Familiar with business communication. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. • Organizational skills with the ability to support planning, execution & monitoring tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Bi, PowerPoint and Word. • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, reporting tools and/or analytics dashboards. • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and tools. • Accountability and reliability in task execution. • Collaboration & Teamwork mindset.
Roles and Responsibilities: Database management & maintenance • Lead DRBUEND MARKETS consumer database management and maintenance, ensuring high standards for data integrity and quality are met. • Execute and support the deployment of consumer audience segmentation logic and the setting of audience selection rules for all marketing automated workflows. • Apply strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling to ensure regional compliance with age verification and privacy protocols. • Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot data-related issues within the CRM platforms and support accurate interpretation of customer data. Platform Orchestration & Support • Lead the testing and orchestration of data integrations from various external data sources & e-commerce sites into the CRM/MA platform. • Act as the DRBUEND MARKETS SPOC for Tech platform management & UAT, ensuring system stability and functionality, together with IDT support. • Proactively troubleshoot data-related issues in the CRM platforms, escalating technical complexities to the Manager or IDT as needed. • Support overall platform governance and adhere to an accountability and reliability standard in all task execution. Collaboration & Optimization • Leverage collaboration & teamwork mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams on data and integration projects. • Apply organizational skills to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical deployment and data projects. • Maintain curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and tools to support platform evolution and optimization. •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
