This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Ability to develop and document business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
