Throughout the day, the Business Architect works on translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance during the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.
