Job Title: Business Development Manager

dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business

growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. This

individual will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with the

company's overall objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and

business development within the events or technology industry. We're looking for someone who can

think strategically, execute tactically, and develop meaningful relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and

objectives

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and

lead generation activities

 Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close, including proposal development

and contract negotiation

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued

satisfaction and to identify opportunities for account expansion

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales collateral and

campaigns

 Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform sales strategy and product

development

 Attend industry events to network and generate new leads

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the events or

technology industry is an advantage.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth if experienced.

 Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
