As an Operations Transformation Specialist (CL9), you will play a critical role in driving business and operational transformation programs for Accenture’s global clients. You will work closely with Operations, Technology, Analytics, and Automation teams to design, deliver, and embed transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, cost, quality, and scalability. This role is ideal for professionals with strong process transformation, continuous improvement, and data-led problem-solving experience, who thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing operations environment.
What are we looking for? • 5–9 years of experience in Operations Transformation, Business Excellence, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence • Strong exposure to BPO, Shared Services, Contact Center, back-office, or Enterprise Operations • Hands-on experience delivering measurable transformation outcomes, not just assessments • Process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis • Automation (RPA, workflow tools) • Analytics & reporting (Excel, dashboards, KPI frameworks) • AI / GenAI use cases in operations • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills • Graduate or Post-Graduate in Engineering, Management, Operations, Analytics, or related discipline • Lean / Six Sigma / Business Excellence / Process Excellence methodologies (certifications) • Clear, confident communication with business and operations stakeholders • Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams • Structured storytelling and executive-ready presentation skills • High ownership, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset
Roles and Responsibilities: • Support end-to-end operations transformation initiatives across customer operations, back office, and shared services environments • Analyze existing (“as-is”) processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, automation opportunities, and value levers • Design future-state (“to-be”) processes, operating models, and governance frameworks aligned to client goals • Apply Lean, Business Excellence, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive measurable outcomes • Identify and support deployment of automation (RPA), digital workflow, analytics, and AI/GenAI use cases • Partner with Technology, Data & AI teams to translate business problems into scalable solutions • Track and report transformation benefits across cost, productivity, quality, CX, revenue enablement, or risk reduction • Work with client stakeholders, delivery leaders, and cross-functional internal teams to drive execution • Support project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and change adoption • Prepare executive-ready insights, dashboards, and storytelling for leadership reviews • Act as a trusted transformation partner within delivery, enabling sustained change • Enable change management and adoption through standard operating procedures, controls, and documentation • Support governance forums, KPI reviews, and continuous improvement cadence • Contribute to creation of transformation assets, playbooks, and best practices
