Client Onboarding - Analyst

As an Account Onboarding & Data Analyst in the Global Alternative Account Onboarding team, you oversee account setup and maintenance for institutional clients and funds. You coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth operations. You analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance the client and fund experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee account setup and ongoing maintenance for institutional clients and mutual funds.
  • Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders throughout the account lifecycle.
  • Lead coordination efforts with internal teams and external clients for event execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with account and fund events.
  • Proactively address issues to prevent disruptions in operations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve account and fund management processes.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop and implement best practices.
  • Prepare regular reports on account activities and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate updates and address concerns with stakeholders effectively.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Demonstrate a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field.
  • Exhibit proven experience in account management, fund management, or client services.
  • Apply strong understanding of financial products, services, and fund operations.
  • Communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
  • Solve problems with attention to detail and ownership of issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Leverage experience in asset management, investment banking, or wealth management.
  • Identify process improvements and implement changes using digital tools such as Python, Tableau, or Alteryx.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adapt to fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with global teams for best practice sharing.
  • Analyze data for actionable insights and performance enhancement.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and within a team environment.
