Act as the primary SPOC for clients and senior stakeholders for LOS, BRE, and API-driven integrations.Own client communication: status reporting, demos, risk/issue escalation, and expectation management.Manage stakeholder involving business, credit, risk, compliance, operations, and IT teams.Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones across BA, Dev, QA, and client teams.Lead end-to-end requirement management for BRE rules and LOS workflows, including documentation, validation, and sign-offs.Translate credit policies, decision rules, and workflows into clear BRE functional specifications.Collaborate with technology teams on LOS APIs (KYC, bureau, decisioning, disbursement, LMS integrations).Define API functional requirements, request/response structures, business validations, and error scenarios.Job role
