Handson Automation Engineer to design develop and maintain automation solutions across cloud and infrastructure environments This role is focused on infrastructure provisioning configuration management CICD automation and operational workflows

The Automation Engineer will work closely with ServiceNow Cloud team etcto enable fully automated approvaldriven infrastructure and operational processes

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement automation using

Ansible for configuration management and orchestration

Terraform for infrastructure provisioning IaC

Build and maintain CICD pipelines using

GitHub Actions

Gitbased workflows

Develop automation scripts using

PowerShell Windows AD enterprise automation

Shell scripting where applicable

Automate

End User Support

Cloud resource provisioning

Infrastructure scaling and remediation

Integrate automation workflows with

ServiceNow RITMbased execution approvals

Monitoring and ing systems

Ensure automation is

Secure

Idempotent

Welldocumented

Productionready

Participate in design discussions for agentic and AIassisted automation use cases

Troubleshoot automation failures and improve reliability

Required Skills Experience

36 years of experience in infrastructure or cloud automation

Strong handson experience with

Ansible

Terraform

Git GitHub

PowerShell

Experience working with

Azure

Active Directory automation

Infrastructure provisioning and configuration

Understanding of

CICD best practices

Infrastructure as Code principles

Enterprise security and access controls

Preferred GoodtoHave

Experience integrating automation with ServiceNow

Exposure to SRE or DevOps practices

Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools

Interest in AIdriven automation and agentbased systems
