Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database concepts and integration techniques.
- Strong knowledge and experience on IDOC processing, Enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits used in IDOCs), knowledge of FI/SD billing processes, knowledge of invoice data structure like VBRK/VBRP, BSEG etc.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for performance in SAP environments.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software defects efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
