- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong understanding of quality management processes within software development environments.
- Experience in integrating quality management solutions with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues related to quality management.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in configuring and customizing SAP Quality Management modules to meet business requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
