• Executing & Supervision of Building Construction, Concreting, Piling, Excavation, Backfilling, Plastering, Brick work Masonry, Conducting Survey, Levelling, Road Works, Drain, Trench etc.
• Prepare construction method statements, work methods and Obtain approval for the methods.
• Prepare the theoretical cycle time for the activities.
• Conduct S/C workmen training & trade test and conduct regular pep talk at site for quality & safety.
• Execute work as per approved method statements / work methods.
• Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality & safety.
• Prepare schedule of materials/ plant requirement.
• Prepare S/c & client measurements on time.
• Reconciliation of Materials.
