Job Description

A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions

*Responsibilities: 

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PS solutions aligning with project management processes.
• Configure and customize SAP PS module components, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Networks, Activities, Milestones, and Cost Planning.
• Integrate SAP PS with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and HR.
• Provide support and maintenance post-implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project management workflows and optimize them using SAP PS.
• Carry out system testing, unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for development.
• Conduct end-user training and create support documentation.
• Assist in data migration, system upgrades, and troubleshooting SAP PS issues.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP PS enhancements and industry best practices.

*Mandatory skill sets 

• Strong knowledge of SAP PS components: WBS, Networks, Scheduling, Budgeting, and Resource Planning.
• Experience with SAP integration points: FI/CO, MM, SD, HR.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Project System configuration and customization.
• Good understanding of project management concepts and lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in preparing functional and technical documentation.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

*Preferred skill sets 

• SAP PS certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Project System.
• Knowledge of SAP PS modules such as PS-CD (Project System - Capital Investment Management).
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum project management methodologies is a plus.
