Overview of Client Solutions & Partnership team

The Client Solutions & Partnership team sits under the wider Institutional Cash Management (ICM) franchise. It is responsible for designing and developing targeted client solutions in a consultative approach, working closely with our product partners and Sales organization to drive revenues and improve profitability. The team also holistically manages the bank’s key banking partnerships globally from a clearing network management perspective to help drive revenues for the ICM franchise and beyond. And lastly, the team would also represent the DB in key industry forums and working groups to broaden the DB branding globally.

Role Description

As a Client Solution Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving the success of ICM franchise in the India sub-continent region. You will design and implement tailored client solutions, enhancing partnerships with both clients and competitors. By collaborating with regional and global teams, you will ensure that our solutions align with client needs and market trends, ultimately contributing to the growth of our market share. Your role will be critical in shaping the future of our correspondent banking business and enhancing the client experience across the region.

Your key responsibilities

• Holistically assess client needs and design targeted solutions, leveraging the Banks product and service suite
• Develop and execute strategies for growing market share in the India sub-continent region, including revenue target responsibilities
• Build and deepen relationships with strategic partners through network management and industry insights
• Engage in Corporate Bank / Investment Bank (CB/IB) Revenue Optimization initiatives for priority clients
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, and Strategy teams for harmonized client responses and pricing decisions
• Deliver thought leadership and advisory

Your skills and experience

• Extensive experience in the financial services and payments industry, with a focus on financial institutions
• Deep understanding of correspondent banking products, especially payments and liquidity
• Proven track record in client interaction and strategic market participation
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Excellent English language skills
• Critical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think tactically and strategically
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and resilient, with experience in challenging situations
• Demonstrated work ethic and ability to deliver results through collaborating with others
