Job Description
NIGHT SHIFT (7.30 PM - 4.30 AM, Monday to Friday) AND WORK FROM OFFICE IN MIRA ROAD SINCE CLIENT IS BASED IN USA. Need fluent English comms (oral and written). Managing Customer Service via email and other backend applications/tools.
- Acknowledge quote requests sent by customers via email.
- Get in touch with our tied up suppliers via email and get quotes from them.
- Update MS Excel report with all of the quote requests received, suggest the profit margin, get it approved from General Manager, enter it into their EComm platform and hand it over to the order team.
- Other Administrative tasks as required.
- 100% backend customer service
