Investor Relations Analyst/Equity Research Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s investor relations strategy and shareholder engagement plan.
• Conduct comprehensive industry, competitor, and financial benchmarking analyses to identify market trends and strategic insights.
• Monitor investor sentiment, analyst reports, shareholding patterns, and market developments, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare investor communication materials including investor presentations, earnings releases, annual reports, regulatory filings, and other corporate communications.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and leadership teams to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent financial disclosures.
• Manage relationships with analysts, institutional investors, brokers, and other members of the investment community.
• Organize investor meetings, roadshows, earnings calls, conferences, and other investor engagement activities.
• Support management with insights on investor expectations, governance, sustainability, and market perception to aid strategic decision-making.
• Track investor concerns and ensure effective communication and follow-up on key matters.
• Maintain and enhance the investor relations section of the company website.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory disclosure requirements and support compliance-related communications.
• Qualifications & Skills 6 months to 1 year of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Finance, or related discipline (B.Com/BMS). MBA, CFA, or relevant finance certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, investor expectations, and corporate governance practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in financial modeling, market research, and competitor analysis.
