Lead - Finance & Accounts

1. Accounting & Financial Operations- Oversee end-to-end accounting processes including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Review and approve journal entries, ledgers, and financial adjustments.
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP).
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Provide insights on financial performance, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Support business leaders with financial reports and decision-making dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely audits and closure of observations.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial policies.
- Monitor daily cash flow, working capital requirements, and fund utilization.
- Liaise with banks for facilities, documentation, and financial instruments.
- Forecast cash requirements and manage treasury operations efficiently.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance & accounts team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, sales, procurement, and leadership teams.
- Present financial reports and recommendations to management.
Education
- CA / CMA (preferred)
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
