Capital Market Operations Associate - Custodial and Client Onboarding

Operations Team Member-Capital Market Operation-Custodial Operations

  The Applicant would be a part of the Client On boarding team at the Custody/DDP desk of the Bank. 

1. Preparation of documentation for Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI) clients & Foreign Direct Investor clients (FDI).
2. Processing of Onboarding documents of FPIs & FDI. 
3. Explaining & Educating prospective FPI clients about various regulatory requirements
4. Processing of modification requests of existing FPI & FDI accounts
5. Reviewing client structures and activities to ensure regulatory compliance from all aspects
6. Direct Interaction with clients and business teams for query resolution on documentation
7. Interaction with internal operations team to ensure timely account opening 
8. Handling audit & regulatory queries end to end

 Job Requirements, Skills/Knowledge Prerequisites Would be as follows:

 

1. Knowledge of SEBI / RBI KYC guidelines, SEBI (FPI) Regulations & Operational Guidelines and Custody Business
2. Proficiency in documentation review
3. Good Communication & Presentation Skills
4. Good relationship with regulatory officials from SEBI / NSDL handling the FPI / custody related activities

 

Educational Qualifications required:

 

1.     Post Graduate in Commerce/Banking or MBA in Finance or General Management or Chartered Accountant
