The Role
As a Piping Designer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc

• Production of designs, drawings, documentation and specifications; execution of tasks assigned by the Senior Grade Engineers. When assigned to a project as the Lead Designer, for the duration of that project, he will be responsible for the supervision and performance of the staff subordinated to him.
• Technical Participation:Carry out and supervise the preparation of design drawings, material specifications and documentation as directed by the Lead Engineer or Lead Designer.
• Assist in the review and selection of equipment and materials as directed by the Lead Engineer or Lead Designer.
• Review vendors drawings for equipment as directed by the Lead Engineer or Lead Designer.
• Supervise and perform checking of all drawings prior to submission of the Lead Engineer or Lead Designer for approval.
• Supervise the application of technical knowledge to the Engineering Design and ensure that a consistently high standard is maintained.

About You 
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• Education: A  Diploma in either Engineering discipline or a certificate in Drafting Trade.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years for  diploma in Engineering discipline  and 14  to 16  years for certificate in Drafting Trade Preferably with a Consultant/Contractor.
