Role Description

Process and Service Excellence team (PSXT) is a newly set up function under PB COO, responsible to drive Operational and Process efficiencies across business & operations through automation, collaboration & partnership with the key stakeholders. Team’s core capabilities include ideation, conversion into key initiatives, data & analytics, Management Information on Process KPIs  in alignment to design and execution of target operating model including new & efficient ways of working.

Your key responsibilities

• Support the execution of Process and Service excellence initiatives; work closely with COO, Business, Operations & Technology Stakeholders
• Establish business case/benefit identifications for various automation proposal to provide tactical solution
• Build robust relationships with key stakeholders across levels, for collaboration and execution of cross functional and global initiatives successfully
• Build capabilities on data analytics to drive decision making through facts via self-service dashboards for management and ExCo level.
• Drive brainstorming and ideation process to understand possible levers for driving operational and transformational efficiencies across Private Bank
• Ability to influence & communicate compelling and well thought out solutions to complex problems
• Ensure robust change management through great discipline and governance for seamless execution with timely escalations and reporting
• Resilience and adaptability with a continuous improvement mindset and timely execution.
• Support various PB India Centre automation initiatives aimed towards improved efficiencies and enhanced control.

Your skills and experience

• ~10 years of professional experience in the financial sector, as well as understanding of financial products/services/operations
• Solid experience in Process Automation & Project Management to achieve top quality results.
• Experience on technical tools and applications like Power BI, Power Automate, Excel VBA, Python, SQL database
• Familiarity with emerging AI-driven automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, Gemini or similar) to enhance workflow efficiency, innovation and productivity.
• High commitment levels and willingness to learn new age automation tools, to help find tactical solutions
• Experience working in a challenging, fast-paced, global environment
• Good Analytical skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the independent preparation of documents/reports suitable for management reporting
