Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Your responsibilities include executing continuous testing processes that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. You also develop and implement automation strategies, create automated testing scripts, and manage data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to enhance overall product reliability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor testing processes and suggest enhancements to optimize quality assurance activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies including security testing, API testing, and regression testing.
- Ability to configure and manage test data and environments to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools to facilitate effective communication and resolution.
- Capability to participate in code reviews and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
