Originating and developing new relationships with emphasis on MFIs and NBFCs and managing existing credit relationships to achieve volume & revenue budgets.
Handling of Corporate MFI’s and NBFC’s in Western region.
Assisting in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans as well as administering and monitoring relationships.
Regularly monitoring credit quality of client portfolio and make recommendation to business strategies.
Handling Various Audit queries including RBI Audit.
Ensuring CMS and Corporate Salary setups for the customers. Achieving Fx income targets.
Crystallizing value added deals with clients having high fee potential
Maintaining good relationships & working closely with RL and other verticals of the Bank

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance with 3 years of experience.
Good analytical skills
Experience in lending to MFIs (Microfinance) and structured products.
