Job Description
EXPERIENCE:3 to 5 Years
REQUIREMENT:B. Com/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive/ Experience in CA firm
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), Tax Invoices, and ensure correct GST, HSN, and SAC code compliance.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), vendor payments, customer collections, and payroll-related accounting.
- Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding payments, follow up for timely collections, resolve payment-related queries, and maintain healthy client relationships to ensure smooth cash flow.
- Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, including return filing and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, government authorities, and internal teams for banking activities, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation, support process improvements, and ensure adherence to company financial policies.
