Job Description

·       Role: Associate Director

·       Skills: Experience in Pre-sales, Solution designing, Business Solution Offering on various IT Infrastructure technology like Private & Public Cloud, Backup Solution, Network & Security Solutions for Data Center & Branches and Disaster Recovery with near zero data loss.

·       Technical JD: 12-15 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure projects related to server, storage, Virtualization/cloud, Data center network & security etc.

·       Knowledge on RFP preparation & evaluation or RFP response preparation is preferable.

·       The candidate should have experience in BFSI domain for at least 5 years. Experience in tech consulting domain is preferable.

·       Job location will be Mumbai, but candidate should be willing to travel to other locations based on project

requirement.

 

 

Experience required: -

• Hands-on experience & good knowledge in sizing, designing & implementation of enterprise class compute, storage, zero-data loss replication & backup solutions,
• Experience in Microservices, Cloud Computing, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, Micro segmentation & Data Center Operations,
• Expertise of design, migration & implementation in Oracle, Azure/AWS Cloud.
• Design detailing of infrastructure components, Product evaluation & recommendation, Infrastructure assessment, Requirement analysis, Banking Applications, SDWAN, VDI.
• Assisting the other team to drive engagements, helping to qualify opportunities, answer RFP/RFIs, preparing and delivering solution-based product presentations, and delivering proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements.
• Third Party Migration tool experience, DB and Application Migration to Azure/AWS/Oracle Cloud or on-premises.
• Knowledge in high availability architectures, clustering solutions & disaster recovery solutions in Cloud.
• Knowledge in IT Network & security and Cyber security of large BFSI organizations.

·       Ability to drive RFP / RFQ from intimation to successful on boarding of vendors – hands-on experience in vendor evaluation and selection.

·       Knowledge in Core applications like Core banking, payment technologies in BFSI domain will be beneficial.

·       Should have good communication & presentation skills for frequent discussion with mid & senior leadership of BFSI clients.

·       The candidate should open to frequent travel to multiple locations and deployment in projects at non-base location for long duration.

 

Educational Qualification

Include Additional Certification if any

B.E/B. Tech / MCA/ MBA or Graduation with professional certification like PMP/ITIL/TOGAF/OEM certification

 

Relevant Experience

12-15 years of IT Infra including Cloud experience in large enterprise. Experience in BFSI domain for at least 5 years .
