Service Relationship Manager - WC-SALARIED PL AND WORKING CAPITAL-Sales

As the Service Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the bank's working capital and sales business. Your focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will lead a team of sales professionals, guiding and mentoring them to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service. This role requires a strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities and drive the department's overall success.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the bank's working capital and sales business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the bank and network with potential clients.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions to drive business growth.
