Team Leader - Accounts
- Lead and manage the accounts team to ensure accurate financial record keeping and reporting. - Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. - Coordinate with hospital departments for financial reconciliations and audits. - Drive process improvements within the accounts function to enhance efficiency. - Mentor and guide team members to achieve departmental goals and professional growth. - Collaborate with senior management to support strategic financial planning. - Ensure timely closure of accounts and preparation of financial statements. - Handle escalations related to accounting issues and provide effective solutions. - Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data. - Support implementation of accounting software and tools as needed.Job role
