- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to improve delivery outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to build their capabilities and support their professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Strong knowledge of compensation management processes and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules to meet client requirements.
