Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in software development. 
• Strong expertise in: 
  • .NET / ASP.NET / .NET Core 
  • C# 
  • REST API development 
  • SQL Server 
  • SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) 
• Experience with: 
  • Entity Framework / ADO.NET 
  • API authentication and security 
  • Performance tuning and debugging 
  • Git or other version control systems 
  • IIS deployment and configuration 

Database Skills

• Strong understanding of relational database concepts. 
• Experience in query optimization and indexing strategies. 

Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

API & Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET technologies. 
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. 
• Integrate APIs with internal and external systems. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues. 

Database Development

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server database objects including: 
  • Stored Procedures 
  • Functions 
  • Views 
  • Triggers 
• Write complex SQL queries for reporting and data processing. 
• Perform database performance tuning and query optimization. 

SSIS & ETL Development

• Develop and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and data integration workflows. 
• Handle data migration, transformation, and validation processes. 
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and data pipelines. 

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers. 
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical discussions. 
• Ensure coding standards, documentation, and best practices are followed. 

Support production deployment and post-release activities. 

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud platforms is a plus. 
• Familiarity with microservices architecture. 
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. 
• Knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools is an advantage. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction abilities. 
• Ability to work independently and in team environments. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 

Nice to Have

• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications.
